It is about the “circle of life” for me.
My journey, like a circle, has come full circle. I began with a passion for sport and movement, earning a BA in Human Movement Science and an Honours in Sport Science at the University of Pretoria. After working as a Personal Trainer and Sports Coach, I shifted to teaching, then explored the corporate world. But movement has always been my true path.
From a young age, I set ambitious goals—earning a 3rd Dan Sensei rank in Karate and twice completing the ABSA Cape Epic. Along the way, injuries reminded me to listen to my body, leading me to Pilates as a holistic approach to movement. Through extensive training in Pilates, mobility, and personal training, I’ve returned to my passion: helping others feel and move better, achieving their own goals.

Experience the transformative benefits of Pilates in a personalized setting with our Private and Semi-Private Pilates Classes. These sessions utilize specialized Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Wunda Chair and Spine Arc to enhance your practice and cater to your individual needs. Private Classes are held at Roxy Nel Pilates Studio.
Private & Semi-Private Classes
We offer Private Classes, designed to deliver individualised instruction based on your fitness needs, goals, and schedule. Additionally, our Semi-Private Classes allow two students to share a workout, providing more personalised attention than in a regular class.
Prepaid Packages
Prepaid Private & Semi-Private Packages offer personalised, flexible training with one-on-one or partner sessions, designed to help you reach your fitness goals while saving on multiple sessions.
Are payments required in advance for classes and packages?
Yes, all payments must be made in advance to secure your spot in group or private sessions.
How long are group packages valid?
Group packages are valid for one calendar month, providing you with the flexibility to attend multiple classes during the month of purchase.
Can I mix and match group classes?
Mix and match any Pilates, Strength, and Mobility classes.
How big are the group classes?
To ensure personalised attention, we limit group classes to a maximum of 6 participants.
How does the flexible booking system work?
Our booking system lets you customise your schedule by allowing you to book the number of sessions that best fits your availability each month. This gives you the freedom to train on your terms.
What is the cancellation policy for all sessions?
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all sessions. If you cancel within 12 hours of your session, the full session fee will apply.
How long are private & semi-private packages valid?
Private & Semi-private packages are valid for four months from the date of purchase, providing you with ample time to schedule your sessions at your convenience
